Community manager is one among the highest paid which requires staying active and up to date on internet community discussion with lot of patience. The job requires you to be cool, quick responder, keep silence when needed and be a good listerner. 

The role of Community Manager in an organization is to

  1. Listen what is being said/written : Listen what the customers as well as public is saying about your company as well as your products/services.
  2. Respond to user comments:Quick response is needed when someone comes up with a negative comment on your product/service. 
  3. Inform to the correct department: Inform the vital information you gather to the correct department that works on the matter.
  4. Be silent when needed: Don’t over do things. If you find something that is out of your reach or a problem that you can’t sort out then just let the concerned department/professional know about it.
  5. Keep listening: Keep on listening what other stays. You need to have the best eyes and quick response.
